Just watched “The Way Back”

Damn, that ending sequence was powerful. Great film, I think a lot of the people who didn’t like it couldn’t stand the slow and dreary pace, but I think it was supposed to be drawn out…just like the long ass trek they made. It’s a pretty simple technique @.@ People are dumb.

Moar reading!

Since I last posted, I’ve read The Tin Drum by Gunter Grass, and Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury. Both were awesome books, especially Tin Drum. Mind blown! Currently around 50 pages into The Windup Girl by Paolo Bacigalupi. Promising so far :) Going to see my girlfriend this weekend after she is feeling a little bit better (recovering from a virus :| ) Cannot wait! :)

Book 4 of the summer finished – Neuromancer

I really wish I had read this book more during the day, and at a slower pace. After making sure of a few plot points and characters, I was able to read the last ~100 pages in awe at Gibson’s amazing prose. By the way, Inception borrowed liberally from the whole last section of this book. Christopher Nolan, you have been bagged. Again.

Wake up in the morning…

Feelin’ like playin’ some Vale of Pnath.
